Activities nearby campsite Pont de Bourgogne

Campsite Pont de Bourgogne is situated only a 15 minutes walk to the city centre of Chalon sur Saône. At less than 10 minutes walking, some other interesting activities can be found: a bowling centre, a golf course and the public swimming pool.

The Bowling

The bowling centre of Chalon sur Saône has been opened Spring 20087 and is a very spacious and modern one. It can welcome over 500 people and and disposes of 14 bowling lanes.

The bowling centre is within very easy reach of the campsite, all you need to do is cross the Pont de Bourgogne bridge (indeed, same name as the campsite !) and you'll find it on the riht hand side.

Public Swimming Pool

Situated just opposite the bowling, the public swimming pool has added a few outdoor novelties last year: a brand new 600 m² pool with waves, some waterslides; the two existing 50 m and 25 m pools have been refreshed. A new welness area has been installed as well, featuring a whirlpool, a hammam and a fitness cardio-training space.

Golf course

At only 1 km from the campsite, on the same side of the river as the campsite, you'll find an 18 holes Golf course, par 71, 5859 m long. This nice, well reputated golf course is situated in the Rosery.

The "Prairie St Nicolas"

On this plain next to the Golf course, you'll find a multitude of activities: besides the mentioned Golf course, there is a Marina, the Rosery, football and volleyball fields and a large playground for the kids. The more active people will enjoy the health track...
