Camping du Pont de Bourgogne in Chalon sur Saône has 87 camping and caravanning pitches (only 13 mobile homes, chalets and tents). Many of these pitches overlook the river Saône. All these campsites are grassy. Some are shady, others sunny, to suit everyone. In the first half of the campsite, these pitches are separated by hedges to preserve everyone’s privacy. At the other end of the campsite, you’ll find open pitches separated by large expanses of grass. The Pont de Bourgogne campsite is flat and easy to access. Its pitches can accommodate all types of vehicles, whether you’re traveling with a caravan, motorhome or tent.

Flat and easy to access, they can accommodate all types of trailer, caravan, tent or motorhome. All pitches have a 10A electrical connection. They give you access to the campsite’s two sanitary blocks with showers, toilets and WCs. Most pitches offer a view of the Saône river.

On the outskirts of Chalon-sur-Saône, the Pont de Bourgogne campsite is ideally located for visiting southern Burgundy. From the campsite, you can go for walks in the vineyards of the Côte Chalonnaise, discover Beaune and its Hospices with their glazed roofs, or climb to the top of the Roche de Solutré. Not forgetting Tournus and its Romanesque abbey church, Cluny and the medieval hilltop village of Brancion.
